Right, calm down a second
I've been to Amsterdam around... 6 times now, my boyfriend lives over there so we travel back and forth, pretty fun.
He'll be so excited about going, what you need to do is get his suitcase and as you're doing the washing, start slipping his clothing into the case, you know 7 outfits really. And if you can hide the case somewhere that would be great, just don't let him know, if he asks where his stuff is say you don't know or it must be in the wash or something. Pack him comfortable stuff and make sure they're stuff he'll like to wear.
Make sure his passport is in date and that he's insured and everything, Amsterdam is an amazing place, he'll love it. Make photocopies off all his documents and stuff and put them all in a little bag, or wallet/sleeve or something with the tickets. All important stuff, put all this in a backpack, for his hand luggage. Put everything he'll need for the flight in there, sweets for take off, magazines, a surprise note or card or something telling him you love him and you'll miss him.
Get some euros ready, and travel plug and those essentials.
Buy some new toiletries and stuff and just put them all in a bag, little ones.
That should be everything. He'll be fine. He'll have an amazing time. |
