Watever time of year, take sunscreen and a hat. Aoustralians are always appalled at the sight of Brits sunbaking to a lobster hue - very dangerous.

Will vary very much on where in Australia and when. Australia is a large country and the north and south obviously have very different climates, not to mention the tropical parts and deserts.

Everything you will need can be purchased over here quite affordably so don't panic too much. :) you will have a great time

Unsure what time of year you're headed over here to Australia. If it's winter then you probably need something warm - I would advise taking clothes that can be layered - as our winters over here can be very changeable - the day starting out chilly, then getting warm (to sometimes even HOT if you're out in the sun!) and then back to cold by evening.

If it's summer over here - I would still add a thin jumper or jacket to keep away the sometimes cool evening air. If you're going to be in Victoria or Tasmania it can be much cooler than Western Australia or Queensland.
I hope this helps.
